We are looking for a capable leader to manage our Albania/ Cyprus/ Georgia subsidiary.

Your tasks:

 

Full P&L responsibility for:

• Define the strategic business objectives for the company in close cooperation with the customers

• Define and implement suitable product-, service- and market- strategies to grow the business further and improve its long term profitability

• Develop and implement suitable business and investment plans for the company in close discussions with the shareholders

• Build and develop an effective management team and workforce

• Lead and coach the managers of the company in their efforts to reach the defined business objectives and plans

• Run and develop the corporate culture in accordance with the group’s values

• Ensure law regulations, security compatibility and environmental protection.

 

Your profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership positions

• Profound experience in B to B distribution & retail and technical services companies

• Educated on right level in relevant technical discipline

• Master’s degree in business administration preferable but not essential

• Strong personality to face different challenges

• Exceptional leadership, analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills

• Leader of a team, who motivates and creates a nice atmosphere

• Person of integrity, credibility and reliability with strong moral principles
